    Hayley's presentation will benefit every trainer who has female clients in the 40-60+/- age group. Her delivery of complicated information is balanced with examples of application. The information given will change your mind about how to best program exercise for peri/post menopausal women. Unless you only work with children or athletes, this is a must see!
