Understanding the interaction between the lower extremity and the upper extremity is key to developing a true functional shoulder training program. Too often the shoulder joint is isolated from the rest of the body and is not allowed to work in a natural environment. In this video, we will look at functional integrated movement patterns of the legs and core, and their relationship to shoulder function.

    I truly enjoyed this presenation. Chuck Wolf is an excellent presenter. The material is very relevant and keeping with the scope of practice for fitness instructors. I have watched this video twice and taken a lot of notes. While the focus is on the shoulder, much of the material contains crossover and overall body pertinent information. I also feel that my own class and presentation style will benefit from having watched this video.
