  6. Identify, explain and demonstrate a lower body stretching routine (6 techniques) for the hamstrings, piriformis, adductors, abductors, hip rotators, calf, soleus, Achilles tendon and plantar side of the feet
  7. Identify, explain and demonstrate the 5 techniques that all people must receive to remain pain-free if they sit more than 5 hours per day.
  8. Identify and implement a 10-minute Optimal Performance Bodywork routine that encompasses the entire body.
