Frustrated with ineffective cardio programs that fail to deliver? Do your programs fail to hit weight-loss goals or push athletes through plateaus? Blame it on the older standardized programming guidelines that we still use. Why use maximum heart rate-based programs when MHR offers no correlation to performance? Metabolism is as unique as a fingerprint, therefore cardio programs need to be equally unique. Learn how to use new cutting-edge metabolism-based programs for weight loss and performance based on individual metabolic markers.

I was excited to learn more about Metabolic Training so I jumped right in with this video course. I ended up disappointed with several things. First the quality of the video. There were random times of bogging down and stopping, as if to rebuff, but it wouldn't pick back up, so I'd have to restart the program, then attempt to get back where I left off, which again went through a rebuffing approach all over again. I seriously did this a dozen times. After all this I realized I hadn't learned hardly anything from the course. It was as if I had set foot in a conference for Metabolic training, and education on the matter, the 5th day into it. I was lost the whole time. The sound quality was poor during questions, and unfortunately the presenter was hard for me to understand. After 2 attempts of running through the entire course over the course of a week, I said that's enough I'll take the test and see if I can pass. So I pushed the "take the test" button and..........yep, no test, no explanation, no redirection, just no sign of any test, just a "test button". Maybe that's the test, push the button and you pass. Well I tried to push it a dozen different times, thinking I must be doing something wrong. I wonder if I will get extra credit for that? Sorely disappointed.
