- Design an effective training workout for groups of two or more clients using drills that build athleticism.
- Create a full workout using portable training tools that focuses on the secondary fitness characteristics (speed, agility, quickness, balance, coordination and power).
- Organize drills using client-appropriate regressions and progressions to provide an effective individualized workout.
- Plan a workout that provides a neuromuscular challenge to develop-mind-to muscle compliance, training for aerobic and anaerobic energy systems, multi-joint whole body strength and core stability and rotary power in a standing posture.
- Develop small group training sessions that motivate clients using competition + play + hard work + fun.
