This course focuses on the three keys to developing and improving balance in the Baby Boomer utilizing the "VIP" approach: Visualization-addressing neurologic causes of muscle inhibition; Isometrics-optimizing hip dissociation through isometric contractions; and Progressions-integrating appropriate functional movement progressions.

    This video was absolutely terrible. Helpful information, but the test is near impossible to pass as the questions do not reflect the material provided. I've done MANY IDEA courses and never had a problem until this one. I feel like I've been scammed!

    Videography is terrible.! The entire video is the backs of everyone's heads ..can't see the speaker at all. Not worth $55.00 !!!
