Functional Training in 3D Course

Type: Online Course

Item: C910497CEC

Description

Whether we sit, run, lift or throw, squatting becomes the foundation upon which many movements are built. However, each squat is different. Many of the rules we as fitness professionals have been exposed to are based on the sport of squatting, not the function of squatting. To understand this movement, you must understand the principles of function. Learn the principles of function to the assessment, rehabilitation and conditioning of the squat.

Enjoyed this course. A fresh look at exercise adaptation - "choreography". Reminds me of dance training and choreography-level, size, direction, quality of movements. Useful info and great delivery. Test was confusing and did not reflect what I thought was most important concepts in course. No practical application questions?? (which I believe should have been the bulk of the exam). Overall useful information.
