    I appreciated the simple explanations for each of the interval training types, and really enjoyed the workout portion. I added many of the exercises to my tool box! Thank you!

    Good exercise science info on designing various levels of cardio & strength programming. However, the program design requires a great amount of open floor space and certain flooring material to perform some of the movements. I would like to see more posterior chain muscle exercise to balance out the workout.
