Much of the current research states that exercise can help to ward off these diseases.

This video contains new, fun ideas for adding something extra to my senior group fitness classes. I have used Shari's ideas in class; they are fun AND beneficial to participants. Thank you. A great marriage of brain and physical training ideas.

This seminar was informative and creative. Of course exercise stimulates the brain-but these drills and concepts take it a step further. I will definitely use this info with my older clients.
