    This presentation is excellent. It offers fantastic information on the way our bodies break down and use different types of carbs while then providing great advise to apply to your training. We get so many questions from clients around carbs and sugars, and this course really provides some great knowledge that goes above and beyond people's general nutritional knowledge.
