Featuring two progressive fitness band workout routines-band included free inside package-that can be started just days after giving birth.

The first workout, "Gentle First Moves" (30 min) provides safe restorative exercises that speed recovery from labor and delivery and relieve pain. The second workout, "Bounce Back Fast!" (35 min) reconditions all four layers of the abdominal wall, closes abdominal separation, corrects posture, restores flexibility and builds upper body strength for lifting and carrying. An alternate workout routine features special exercise modifications for those with abdominal separation.
