    The workouts were great...I liked the progression. Know modifications on some of the exercises for the older active groups but would be interested for in modifications for those with knee issues or challenges.

    I absolutely love workouts that involve no equipment, it leaves most folks inexcusable! I would love to see what you do with the older age groups as well as the over weight population. Those with knee challenges specifically.
