You often hear that achieving your ideal weight is a matter of calories consumed and exercise. Unfortunately, that isn’t the whole story. Your body’s hormones control metabolism, muscle building, fat metabolism and appetite. Whether you are a very active athlete, exercise enthusiast or are seeking to shed a few pounds, achieving hormonal balance may be the missing link you need to lose weight, improve your health and perform better in the gym or on the playing field!

I watched about 20+ minutes and stopped. It seems quite out of scope to teach personal trainers to prescribe ketogenic diets to their clients while exercising. Also, you are detailing a diabetic state when someone is insulin resistant, which not all overweight/obese people are. In other words, did not seem very credible nor without bias.

just completed the video . I recently had a saliva test after many other tests ( thyroid, blood work, BUM- all normal and excellent ratings)and knew my body was fatiguing and retaining fluid. As a trainer and healthy eater- ( also age 45) I couldn't quite grasp why the slight weight (5-8 lbs ) fluctuating daily and tiredness. I particularly liked the section on cortisol ( which mine starts the day depressed based on the saliva test). Natural herbs in 3 weeks have helped and also cutting back my type A workload at a fitness facility.
Thank you for the detailed explanation:) Very helpful.
