Now that I'm an aging senior, I realize the necessity of having a more in depth knowledge of the workings of my body. Learning anatomical technical terms can be challenging, however, as with most things, conquering the more difficult has its payoffs! As a great motivational speaker, Beverly, is able to effectively communicate interactively with her audience. From the video, I've learned how to better control my anatomical issues.
