The ability to assess a person's movement patterns enables you to understand where a client may experience limitations or compensations when they move. This video shows you how to properly assess movement and how to develop exercises that address a client's movement dysfunctions to help them eliminate pain and reach their training goals.

I thought the information is good but I thought that the live presentation is confusing for someone watching the video. It is really hard to hear the people comments ..... Overall I did learn a few things but I thought it would be more structured.

I was surprised that several of the assessments involved flexion
and lateral bending movements. These movements would be contraindicated
for clients with osteopenia and osteoporosis but this risk warning was not disclosed.
