  3. Describe the five functional movement patterns and how they apply to program design for group strength and conditioning classes.
  4. Explain how to practically implement five program design ideas.
  5. Compare and contrast a variety of different exercises while examining the purpose for each exercise.
  6. Define the purpose of each of the five programs discussed in the session, and describe the types of clients each program would be best suited for.
