The recipient of the 2007 IDEA Fitness Instructor of the Year Award, Fred holds a Master’s Degree in Health Education from Boston University, and has over thirty years of experience in the fitness and health industry. Brett Klika is the director of athletic performance at Fitness Quest 10 in San Diego, California. He specializes in youth fitness and athletic performance. Brett oversees a staff of eight strength coaches and develops program for over 300 youth athletes (and non-athletes) per week. He is a regular contributor for a variety of publications, produces DVDs on fitness and athletic performance and presents around the world.

Eve Fleck, MS, holds a master's degree in exercise physiology and lectures at California State University, Northridge. She is the owner of Gym Without Walls, an outdoor fitness program in Los Angeles, California. Eve uses creative class structures to train multiple fitness levels in the same session and encourages parents to let their kids in on the fun! Eve also specializes in the practical application of scientific concepts through lectures, workshops, articles, and "real world" classes. I am Physical Therapist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, US National TaeKwon-Do champion and former captain for the US National TaeKwon-Do Team. I invented the TRX Rip Trainer and direct Rip Training development at TRX. The combination of understanding rehabilitative medicine and sports performance training has given me a unique perspective on the physical and mental components of human movement. I have enjoyed working with professional athletes from the NFL, X-Games, MLB, UFC, and Extreme Skiing World Championships; however, I pride myself on tapping into the natural athlete in us all.
