Did you know that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has a bilingual public-education campaign called “Food Safety for Moms-to-Be”? Included in the campaign are an educator’s kit for healthcare professionals and a website to teach expectant mothers about food safety issues during pregnancy.
