What, if any, mind-body programs are you offering to clients to help with sleep? For example, are you offering an evening relaxation stretch, providing tips on how to wind down at night or giving workshops on how to improve the quality and quantity of sleep? Alternatively, are you offering any mind-body programs that help people address other healthy lifestyle issues?
