What categories of mind-body programs do your facility members really want to see on the schedule, and what classes are best attended? Are clients eager to experience the wide variety of programs available today, ranging from Nia to aquatic exercise to expressive dance? Do fusion programs—blending, for example, Pilates and boxing—attract more interest? Or do clients flock to “pure” yoga or Pilates?
