Are you or other colleagues at your facility providing any mind-body classes or workshops specifically for recreational or competitive athletes? For example, are you offering an ongoing class of yoga for runners or Pilates for triathletes; or a weekend workshop on mindfulness skills to manage prerace jitters? If yes, what types of classes or workshops have you been offering, and what has been the response?
