What strategies are you using with any of your mind-body classes to encourage newcomers to stick with the program? In other words, how do you convert the “first-timer” in a Pilates, yoga or tai chi class into a regular? For example, are you offering special introductory workshops, more individual attention, handouts, or introductions to other classmates? If yes, what approaches are most successful?
