With current economic challenges, have you seen any changes in trends for particular mind-body movement classes or types of training? For example, has enrollment increased or decreased in yoga, Pilates, tai chi or FeldenkraisĀ® programs? Are clients requesting any particular activities more than others? Are clients more price-sensitive or less? Are they more open to trying new activities?
