Karin Singleton’s passion and enthusiasm for fitness remain undeterred despite not starting her personal training career until age 40. Concerned with injury prevention—especially among new exercisers—Karin obtained certifications in MELT and as an NASM CSE to optimize results for her clients. She and her husband both offer personal training in their studio and have a unique co-worker—their dog, Mr. Darcy. “I swear he [the dog] is partly responsible for our excellent client retention statistics,” Karin said.
