IDEA Member Goes Cruisin'

IDEA member Marc Lebert of Mississauga, Ontario, is looking to inspire others to get shipshape. Lebert will board the Carnival Cruise ship Destiny in early April to teach classes as fitness-oriented participants cruise to Cozumel, Mexico. As part of Femme FITall, “a travel group offering people affordable opportunities to get together, get away and get fit,” the “Lebert Fitness Cruise” passengers can expect training in yoga, strength training, Pilates and more. Previously available only to women, the cruise has this year widened its scope to include men as well. “Our women’s fitness cruises have been a rewarding and successful experience for 2 years, which is why we are so pleased to launch our first co-recreational cruise,” states Femme FITall president Kate Lichter.
