Danielle Vindez’s 17 years in the fitness industry have been very rewarding. She believes that celebrating others’ wins is the greatest reward. “When an 83-year-old Parkinson’s-challenged client regains the use of his legs, it is a glorious moment,” Danielle says. Danielle is the founder of Define Yourself Coaching, which focuses on health coaching and personal training. She believes that the fitness industry can better serve its clientele by “stretching our inspirational vision to include personal conflict resolution and peacebuilding.” Danielle has taken steps to meet this belief by recently completing a master’s degree in negotiation, conflict resolution and peacebuilding.
