At XSport® Fitness in Chicago, participants use a soft weighted ball during Sphere-O-Sculpt™ to increase their strength. This challenging interval class combines cardio and conditioning for a full-body workout.

At David Barton Gym in Miami, participants choose from a variety of intense classes. One such offering, Rush Hour, starts with 15 minutes of calisthenics and core training and is followed by 45 minutes of cardio conditioning focused on the lower body.

Roll Call!, a sports-oriented military-type boot camp, offered at Bell Fitness in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, combines cardio, strength and balance into an inclusive conditioning session. The online class description states that this class is not for beginners.

Sculpt & Groove™, offered at Lifetime Fitness in Colleyville, Texas, mixes things up by having participants alternate between dance and resistance training, switching approximately every 31⁄2 minutes. Members find balance and peace with Reset, offered at Xtend Barre® in Los Angeles. This deep relaxation experience combines conscious breathing, hypnosis, progressive relaxation and aromatherapy to allow participants to clear their minds and let go of worries.

Reinvention Chair, found at ChaiseFitness in New York City, combines Pilates, ballet and cardiovascular elements to improve participants’
flexibility and strength. Attendees use a state-of-the art fitness chair and an overhead bungee system to keep their cores engaged throughout the session.

Aspen Blast challenges participants by alternating between cardiovascular and strength training intervals. Found at Aspen Athletic Clubs in Omaha, Nebraska, this high-intensity session provides members with a full-body workout.

Vai Mix, offered at Vai Fitness in San Diego, challenges Pilates skills with a combination of cardio, core work and flexibility training. This session utilizes many pieces of Pilates equipment, including the reformer, springboard, wunda chair and more.
