Help your clients with their New Year’s resolutions by offering exciting classes.

Masterpiece Fitness Training in Bandon, Oregon, offers a large variety of classes for all fitness levels, including Recess and Integrated Training. Recess takes busy moms through a fun dynamic training routine at a local park. Integrated Training is an all-inclusive format that combines flexibility, cardio, core, balance, reaction and resistance training.

Hit It!® Kickbox, offered at Hit It! Fitness in Roselle, Illinois, is a sports-conditioning class that is choreographed to the hottest dance music. This offering mixes boxing, kickboxing and tae kwon do moves into a full-body workout.

At Zooga in Culver City, California, children are encouraged to participate in physical activity and learn about their bodies through yoga. 1, 2, 3 Little Monkeys is a 45-minute session that uses a series of simple partner poses to teach young children about movement, balance and breathing. Another 45-min- ute class, Dancing Doggies, uses animal poses and imagination to teach children how to express themselves through physical activity.

Change It Up, featured at Bay Club Marin in Corte Madera, California, is a 1-hour, full-body workout that combines plyometrics, cardio intervals and various equipment, including medicine balls, bars and BOSU® Balance Trainers. Attendees leave feeling challenged and successful.

At Sports Club LA in Boston, members increase their strength and flexibility with PranaVayu. This 75-minute class integrates flowing power yoga, relaxation and meditation techniques in an efficient sequence.

Refine Form, offered at Refine in New York City, uses a series of full-body circuits to help participants increase their cardiovascular and strength fitness. Instructors give modifications for all moves, making the class suitable for participants of all levels.

Cycle-Run-Sweat, offered at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan, is designed with triathletes in mind. The session mixes sets of fast-paced cycling and running to challenge participants and prepare them for the rigors of racing.

Tilton Fitness in Hazlet, New Jersey, offers participants a unique, low-impact way to increase their strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. Deep Water H2O takes people into the deep end of the pool for an intensive cardiovascular class. Attendees wear weighted belts to help keep them afloat as they take advantage of the many benefits water fitness offers.
