Chanelle White created her business, Be Well with Chanelle, a health coaching and Pilates practice, to help others work through the life struggles that she once faced. While aligning her passion with her career, Chanelle was able to make a better life for herself. She did this by eliminating toxic relationships and making holistic lifestyle changes that nourished her mind, body and soul. “I’m now better able to manage stress; I feel energized; and I’m off the emotional-eating rollercoaster,” she says. She now teaches others how to follow her lead and live happier, healthier lives.
