banish big grocery carts

Food for Thought:

Want to buy less junk food and save money in the process? One novel way may be to choose your food delivery system carefully. One theory for this is that a larger cart causes our brain’s dopamine levels to rise as we struggle to fill the shopping vessel. Dopamine, a powerfully addictive chemical, typically increases when people anticipate rewards in the form of food and clothing.
