Add More Grains to Kids Diets

To ensure your children get enough whole grains each day, try this tip: Sprinkle a little bit of bran or wheat germ powder into your family’s favorite recipes, from pasta sauce, soups and meatloaf to pancake or waffle batter. The kids won’t taste the healthy addition, but you can rest assured that you sneaked in an additional serving of whole grains!
