Michael Ormsbee, MS, CSCS, is a research assistant pursuing graduate studies in exercise physiology and sports nutrition at South Dakota State University. Matt Vukovich, PhD, CSCS, is director of the applied physiology lab at South Dakota State University. Vukovich received his master of science degree in physical education, with an emphasis on exercise science, and his PhD in human bioenergetics. He was awarded a postdoctorate fellowship in the department of applied physiology at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.
