She also proudly sits on the IDEA Program Directors Membership Committee, where together they help the IDEA Health & Fitness Association meet the needs of Fitness Program Directors throughout the world. Christi has continued to further her education and training by adding to her repertoire of expertise both “Health & Weight Management Consulting” and “Holistic Life Coaching.” This is where her heart is today. Her passion resides with people that are stuck in life - for whatever reason -and need an honest look at themselves and their world. This is the same path she continues to embark on herself. She succeeds in what she pursues because she is a true LEADER… by example. Among many awards in her career, Christi was honored to receive “Best Fitness DVD 2006” from Health Magazine, for her exceptional talent in the production and instruction of her 4-pack DVD entitled, “Fantastic Four.” She was further honored when this award, and the Fantastic Four DVD workout was featured on “Good Morning America” in January 2007. Furthermore, Christi is deeply involved in the nurturing of our future fitness professionals. This is why she founded the Protégé Program. This unique program highlights tomorrow’s fitness leaders and inspires them toward greatness. When she began her career, several gracious people trusted her and gave her a platform – an opportunity. Now Christi “pays it forward” by training, counseling, and showcasing the great talent she is exposed to daily. Christi lives in Phoenix where she continues to write, produce, train, educate, film - and of course, teach her weekly group fitness classes. less
