Christopher R. Mohr is an internationally recognized nutrition expert. He has presented at the White House and the Culinary Institute of America, and has been featured on nutrition education programs globally. He is a consulting sports nutritionist for the WWE, a former consulting sports nutritionist for the Cincinnati Bengals and a nutrition spokesperson and consultant to a number of media outlets and corporations.

Natalie Digate Muth, MD, MPH, RDN, FAAP

Natalie Digate Muth is a board-certified pediatrician and obesity medicine physician, registered dietitian and health coach. She practices general pediatrics with a focus on healthy family routines, nutrition, physical activity and behavior change in North County, San Diego. She also serves as the senior advisor for healthcare solutions at the American Council on Exercise. Natalie is the author of five books and is committed to helping every child and family thrive. She is a strong advocate for systems and communities that support prevention and wellness across the lifespan, beginning at -9 months of age.

Kamal Patel is a co-founder and director of He holds two master’s degrees from Johns Hopkins University, in business and in public health, and is on hiatus from a PhD in nutrition for which he has investigated the link between diet and chronic pain. She directs the University of Michigan’s Sport, Health, and Activity Research and Policy Center.

Joseph Weiss is a clinical professor of medicine at UC San Diego, as well as an accomplished speaker, author, research scientist, and specialist in gastroenterology and the microbiome. Dr. Weiss co-hosts a healthcare radio program in Southern California and is a frequent speaker at universities, medical schools, hospitals and pharmaceutical companies. He has given more than 2,000 presentations in his career, including to audiences at the Young Presidents’ Organization/World Presidents’ Organization, the Aspen Institute, Bohemian Grove, and the Esalen Institute.
