Amy Myrdal Miller, MS, RDN, FAND, is an award-winning dietitian and president of Farmer’s Daughter® Consulting, Inc., an agriculture, food and culinary communications firm. Amy and her team work on behalf of clients to dispel myths and provide science-based information about our food system. A farmer’s daughter from North Dakota, Amy is a highly sought-after speaker and moderator; in the past 5 years, Amy has presented at more than 100 national and international conferences.

Mark Berman, MD, FACLM, is the head of health for FareWell, LLC, a digital health company based in Silicon Valley. Concurrently, he practices lifestyle medicine at One Medical Group in San Francisco. He is a fellow and a former director of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. He studied physical therapy (McGill), medicine (Yale), clinical research methods (UCSF) and completed training in internal medicine, primary care and population medicine (Harvard).

Michael Greger, MD

Michael Greger, MD, FACLM, is a founding member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, a physician, an author, and an internationally recognized speaker on nutrition, food safety and public health issues. He has lectured at the Conference on World Affairs, testified before Congress, and was invited as an expert witness in the defense of Oprah Winfrey in the infamous "meat defamation" trial. He is a graduate of Cornell University School of Agriculture and Tufts University School of Medicine. Currently, Dr. Greger serves as the director of public health and animal agriculture at the Humane Society of the United States. Hundreds of his nutrition videos are freely available at NutritionFacts.org, with new videos and articles uploaded every day.

Ashley Koff, RD, founder of Ashley Koff Approved (AKA), helps people make better choices—not perfect ones—more often. Jessica Matthews, MS, is senior advisor for health and fitness education for the American Council on Exercise and an ACE master coach. She is also a professor at Point Loma Nazarene University where she developed the master's degree in kinesiology in the integrative wellness program. Jessica is currently completing her doctorate in behavioral health at Arizona State University with a focus on integrated care, exploring the efficacy of health coaching and mindfulness-based interventions in clinical settings.

Christopher McGrath, MS, is the founder of Movement First, LLC, a New York City-based education and consulting organization. He is an internationally recognized educator and has taught and consulted with the American Council on Exercise®, TRX®, Functional Movement Systems, Town Sports International and others. Chris is also an assistant professor in the division of athletic training, health and exercise science at Long Island University, and holds a master’s degree in sports performance and injury prevention.

She has more than 20 years of experience researching diet-related diseases, studying how people make food choices, and teaching students and the public about why what we eat matters, farm to fork. Dr. Newby spends most of her time today inspiring people through writing, speaking, cooking and educating to help build a healthier, more sustainable world, one delectable bite at a time. Chef Steven Petusevsky, Acclaimed author, speaker and culinary expert

Chef Steve was the National Director of Creative Food Development for Whole Foods Market from 1990 to 2002. He wrote the book on natural foods, quite literally. He is the author of The Whole Foods Market Cookbook – A Guide to Natural Foods with 350 Recipes published by Clarkson Potter in the fall of 2002. Chef Steve is currently a member of the Menus of Change Advisory Board for the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) and is co-chair of the CIA’s new Appetites & Innovation initiative, a national leadership collaborative created for the purpose of advancing culinary excellence, health & wellness, sustainability, and cultures of innovation in retail food service.

Spanning from the launch of a boutique plant-based restaurant brand in Europe (Istanbul, London, Munich), to the development of innovative health and wellness initiatives as culinary media spokesperson for Whole Foods Market’s global healthy eating program, Chad’s mission of health-inspired plant-based eating has reached all corners of the globe.
