It is the string that runs throughout our practice that can be used to restore calmness to our thoughts and our physical body. Learn how adding variety and increasing the pace of the workout will keep clients continually motivated and progressively challenged. By increasing the speed and flow of exercise sequences and modifying the existing repertoire to increase muscular and cardiovascular endurance, participants learn to inspire more capable clients who may not be ready for the STOTT PILATES Intermediate Reformer program.
