Join us at the IDEA Personal Trainer Institute South on Friday April 6th 7:30-8:30am for a fueling-focused breakfast, on us. Our build-your-own breakfast bar will offer a variety of Kellogg’s cereals with nutritious toppings:
- Start with a high-quality grain (Kellogg’s corn, rice or wheat cereal)
- Add high-quality protein (Greek yogurt, non-dairy milk, choc. milk, nuts, and/or nut butter)
- Top with healthy fats (avocado, nuts and/or seeds) and nutrient-rich fruits (berries, bananas)
