In 2014, Corey was the first recipient of the International Youth Conditioning Association Coach of Distinction award and was selected as the head performance coach of the College Gridiron Showcase all-star game in 2015. Corey holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and pre-law. Certification: USAW.
Amber Thiel, MS
Amber Thiel, MS, is the CEO and co-founder of The Healthy Edge, an international lifestyle education and health coach certification company. She has been honored with the King Five’s Top Five Fitness Instructors, the prestigious Women of Influence Award and Rising Star Award, and Business Examiner’s Top 40 under 40. Amber is a former personal trainer, college professor of human nutrition and wellness, as well as a biology, anatomy and physiology teacher. She was an Academic All-American volleyball player and a high school and college coach.
Craig Valency, MA
Craig Valency, MA, has been a personal trainer and strength coach for 12 years, and currently works at Fitness Quest 10 in San Diego. He specializes in developing long term training programs that promote functional fitness, injury prevention and optimal performance. Craig works with some of the top junior tennis players in the world as well as players at the collegiate and professional level. He is also the president and co-founder of SPIDERfit, an organization dedicated to improving youth physical literacy. Craig holds a master’s degree in kinesiology from San Diego State University. Certification: NSCA-CSCS.
Helen Vanderburg is the owner of Heavens Elevated Fitness and Fusion Fitness Training™. With over 30 years of experience in club management, program development and motivational speaking, she brings a wealth of experience to her presentations worldwide. She is the recipient of many industry awards, including the 2005 IDEA Instructor of the Year, and an elite athlete as a former World Champion synchronized swimmer and honored member of the Sports Hall of Fame. She is an education developer and master trainer for Schwinn® Cycling, BOSU® and Total Gym®. Certifications: ACE, E-RYT.
Chuck Wolf, MS
Chuck Wolf, MS, is the director of Human Motion Associates and the biomechanics director of the Gait and Motion Analysis Lab at the Neurospine Institute in Orlando. He is known for his expertise in functional anatomy, movement analysis, function and advanced program design. Chuck teaches workshops, presents at conferences and conducts seminars with fitness professionals and elite athletes from a wide array of sports. He holds a master’s degree in exercise physiology and is a fellow of Applied Functional Science® with the Gray Institute®.
Kari Woodall, a former U.S. National Team swimmer and collegiate swim coach, has trained at the highest levels and coaches others to do the same. She uses her knowledge about the power of the body, physical training and mental toughness to help fitness enthusiasts perform as athletes. Kari is a senior instructor for TRX® and a volunteer firefighter, and she owns Woodall Training, a group training and boot camp studio in Middleton, Wisconsin.
