Exercise is a function of human movement. Based on recent research about the fascial system, exercise is more effective when considered as a series of integrated movements instead of isolated muscle actions. That research has inspired us to create this new workshop, meant to replace ACE’s functional movement and training workshop. The new format will help you to develop an understanding of integrated anatomy and coaching techniques for movement-based exercise to help your clients reach their goals.
