Based on recent research about the fascial system, exercise is more effective when considered as a series of integrated movements instead of isolated muscle actions. That research has inspired us to create this new workshop, meant to replace ACE’s functional movement and training workshop. The new format will help you to develop an understanding of integrated anatomy and coaching techniques for movement-based exercise to help your clients reach their goals. You’ll also review supporting science and how you can use the ACE Integrated Fitness Training® (ACE IFT®) model for exercise program design.

NASM developed the Women's Fitness Specialist (WFS) credential to educate health and fitness professionals on how to effectively design exciting and engaging workouts to keep clients motivated. Several degenerative conditions, along with osteoporosis, will be briefly discussed along with how to address them through appropriate/safe posture and abdominal/core strengthening exercises.
