    I have worked with Cindy for more than a year. We have concentrated on core body strength as I have problems with keeping my balance. I wish I was independently wealthy and could work with her every day. She never pushes me, but I find that I am so much stronger now. No longer do I have abs of flab! I have many medical issues, and Cindy is very watchful of me to make sure that I don't do anything foolish. I admire her knowledge, her tenacity, her screwy sense of humor, and the way that she can inspire me to keep going even when I don't want to. I am honored to have her as my trainer. She is determined to help me improve myself and I can't imagine ever working with anyone else.

    I have been working out with Cindy for many years. She is a great personal trainer because she is very skilled and knowledgeable. She works very hard on her own body (which many trainer's don't); and she also helps each client get the results they are striving for with their own body. Each workout is different and challenging, but never boring! I feel stronger after each workout and have become more balanced and flexible over the years. Cindy is a great trainer, motivator and friend~ i highly recommend a session with her!

    I have been a client of Cindy's for over 4 years, several times a week. Working with her has meant that my strength, balance and condition have greatly improved. It's given me a new lease on life! Cindy concentrates during the whole hour to make sure that I am safe and doing the exercises correctly. In addition, she makes each workout fun, while at the same time working out different body parts in a variety of ways. Cindy continually updates her knowledge and education so that she can improve the workouts and adjust them to a variety of client conditions. For example, recently, I went through major surgery and recovered in record time, because Cindy and I prepared my body ahead of time for what was coming. I look forward to each workout with Cindy, and highly recommend her!
