With over 6 years of experience in the Health and Fitness Industry, Jennifer is a well-respected Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Consultant and Fitness Specialist, CPT. A native of Alabama, she is a former collegiate athlete and successful Bodybuilding Figure competitor. She’s always had a love for being healthy and active and knew it was her purpose in life to help others who might struggle in these areas. While she was successful in the Figure competitions (Nationally Qualified), she felt burnt out and that she had no sense of balance in her life. This is when she transitioned to a more Holistic approach to health and wellness that changed her life as well as her clients. Jennifer has been on a mission to help others gain the knowledge and maintain the motivation while incorporating a healthy lifestyle. She now specializes and works with busy professionals and corporations that need help in creating structure and balance around their health and fitness goals. She does this by equipping her clients with the tools they need to successfully lower stress, increase energy and improve their eating habits all while implementing self-care. Her goal is to continue to empower and motivate men and women of all health & fitness levels. She loves working out and helping others; and if she can change one person’s thoughts or habits in regards to living a healthier lifestyle, then she believes that she has done her job. Jennifer is a graduate of The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and holds Certifications from The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), International Association of Fitness Sciences (IAFS) and The American Heart Association.
