My approach is based on fundamental anatomical, physiological and biomechanical principles. I use dynamic surfaces and equipment with the goal of developing proper and healthy rotation and posture, balance and stabilization, joint movement, core power and performance, and three dimensional sensory motor skills. Kinesthetic senses and proprioception are improved along with power, speed, and control of movement which enables my clients to function well while working, enjoying hobbies and sports, and other daily activities. I train according to the guidelines set forth by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), The National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM), and The International Council on Active Aging (ICAA).
