You still want to get some core and cardio work in but your dealing with injuries or strength issues that would compromise your form, this variation is for you. Simply lean against a wall or a pole, keep that 45 degree angle in your body to keep the core engaged and pick your knees up. Keep a good pace, abs tight, core engaged.
