Kurt is also a nationally recognized speaker in the fitness industry specializing inactive aging training and cancer exercise. He focuses his lectures on these populations because it is vitally important people have a strong working knowledge of training for aging and recovery. Kurt's passion is helping/aiding others to reach their health, fitness and wellness goals. This starts with our youth and extends to the active aging population. He is heavily involved in training cancer patients as well as active aging clients.
