My fitness carrier started over 20 years ago in Germany. The first step into the fitness world was with Rebook. Teaching Rebook Step Classes as a certified Instructor opened up the path for me to combine the world of weight training and being a class instructor Working with groups and being a fitness instructor doing personalized fitness training for many years provided me with a chance to work in many different studios in Germany and here in the USA. Before I moved to Los Angeles in the late 90ies my knowledge expanded with Fitness Training one on one adding weight training, yoga elements and boot camp components to my knowledge.
