My focus is on posture, alignment, balance, core conditioning and body awareness. When the proper foundation is set there is no limit on what we can do. I use unstable sufaces for teaching total body functional fitness. I am a certified cancer exercise specialist who works with cancer patients to help them regain confidence and self esteem while strengthening their bodies. I also teach Shotokan karate with 20 years of experience.
