The Toronto Strength and Power Series is the first of it's kind. A program designed and organized by Intrafitt Bootcamps and Powerful Athlete Training, it is a 6 week long series that is purely about getting jacked. The program is designed to teach new exercises, and build your strength leading up to the final saturday where participants will be competing against each other in various events. Some of these events include: max deadlift, overhead press, max bench press, tire flips, 2km run, and more.
