Taebo Cardio Kickboxing

Mix up your routine with flexibility and strength-building moves with a kickboxing class. You’ll enjoy high-intensity drills while burning 300-600 calories. You will move to 60 minutes of continuous high energy music 135 to 165 bpm. * This cardiovascular workout consisting of 4 basic punches; jabs, hooks, crosses and uppercuts along with 4 basic kicks; front kick, back kick, side round house kick and side heel kick. These punches and kicks are designed to get you on your way to a leaner body and a healthier state of mind. No equipment is needed and gloves are not required. Most suitable to participants of medium to high fitness levels, but newcomers are always welcome – just let your kickboxing class instructor know.
