Swimmers on the stability ball provide a huge demand on stabilization and rotation through the hips and pelvis. Start with the upper body fixed with the hands on the floor in a push-up position as you transfer weight to the outside of the lower leg in each direction, causing the rotation. Put your hands down on the floor in the push-up position with both feet supported by the stability ball. From here rotate so the outside of one calf is supported and then rotate again. The upper body will stay fixed and you'll get a good rotation through the thoracic spine and the hips.
