Sumo squats are a fantastic way to train the inner thigh. You'll really enjoy this functional movement progression. By standing on paper plates, you are going to have an added bit of instability, but it's also going to help you move fast for the final progression. First, assume a wide squat. After that, come down nice and low into a sumo position and step the foot in, then glide back out and step the other foot in. Come back into that squat and let's see it bilateral for our next progression. Keep going out and in and snip the legs shut like scissors. As our final progression, you will do these a whole lot faster, kind of like a low impact jumping jack that really focuses on the inner thigh.
